All pupils from Year 2 to Year 8 performed in two Charity concerts on Friday.  The children sang and performed pieces ranging from “Bob the Builder” and “Neighbours” to the evocative and powerful “Galloping Home” to a very full house.  As usual,  a huge number of instruments including bassoons, french horns, oboes and the timps were represented in the orchestras and  bands and we even found a willing Daddy to dust off his tuba.  Unique performances of “Hawaii Five-0”, a medley of crime series theme tunes rearranged by Music Maestro Mrs Andrews,  and Mr Miller’s Christmas carol ensured the concert was yet another very special and memorable event.   The concert  raised £1500 for the school charity, Rwanda Aid.
