Mr Holden said “Bibi has produced an array of stunning work over her three years of preparation for the Hurstpierpoint College Art Scholarship. She has experimented with a broad range of media, processes and techniques, from observational drawing to acrylic painting on canvas, and she has also developed her three dimensional design skills to an exceptionally high level. The Head of Art at Hurst highlighted these African portraits, inspired by Mr Holden’s first ever Art Scholar, world famous artist Michael Armitage, as stunning. Bibi has the artistic flair and ability to follow in Michael’s footsteps all the way to the Royal Academy in the future. Well done Bibi.”
