Year 7 and 8’s have just returned from an exciting Half term Art and Sports tour to Holland hosted by PSV Eindhoven and Orange Rood Hockey club. Two boys’ football teams and one girls’ hockey team attended 4 professional training sessions and played 7 competitive matches, winning 3 and drawing 1. They visited art galleries, played ten pin bowling and stayed in a four star hotel. They also watched a PSV match and went shopping. Lots of happy memories and strong bonds were made, as stated by one present parent’s “Thank you for the tour, it is an experience they will remember for life.”
