Boarders and parents were treated to a very special hour of music on Saturday evening. The music staff performed an eclectic repertoire including breathtaking recitals of Toreador Song and Habanera from Carmen and a nimble-fingered “Banjo and Fiddle”. Mrs A made her debut public performance on the Double Bass with the “Elephant” from Carnival of the Animals. Pupils loved seeing their inspiring teachers on stage and this week the music rooms are buzzing with enthused mini musicians!
