Senior pupils have excelled in the UK Intermediate Maths Challenge this term. The challenge is designed for gifted mathematicians in Year 11 and below and we enter our Year 8 and Year 7 scholars and a few selected others for this tough competition. Pupils achieved 9 certificates, which is very good indeed – 1 gold, 2 silver and 6 bronze. 3 pupils did well enough to be invited to sit the European kangaroo follow-on paper.
