Many congratulations to Mimi, who has been awarded two Art Scholarships to Millfield and Queen Anne’s School.
Mimi has always been hard working in both Art and Design and Technology, but only joined the Brambletye Scholarship programme in January 2025. Progress was far more important to her. Mimi‘s work is all about her personality, sensitive applications of tone and colour to create self-portraits of the highest calibre. Her observational drawing has emerged as one of her strongest disciplines and the drawings she completed on the days of each scholarship proved her ability and independence as a leading artist in Year 8 at Brambletye. Well done Mimi on your two awards which are very well deserved. Mr H.
