Twelve members of year six took part in the annual Lancing College Science Competition with 11 other prep schools. Some of the afternoon’s challenges included rocket making and firing, oil rig building, cooling chemical reactions and biological investigations. There was an additional challenge because everyone was split up into teams that only included one member of each school. This was a great idea and some future Lancing hopefuls have already made friends with possible senior school peers. Individual congratulations to VL who was in the winning chemistry team.
