During half term, a Year 7 Brambletye pupil entered the IAPS National fencing tournament at Milfield School in Somerset. He won 7 out of 10 matches in the group stages and then won the first two fights in the knockout stages, losing eventually to the overall winner in the semi finals. He ended up in 3rd place in this national competition and can be extremely pleased with his efforts!
